My name is Helene
My journey as a personal trainer began in 2015, expanded to online coaching in 2019, and now includes online courses. Through my years in the fitness and health industry, I've had the pleasure of working with diverse individuals, each with unique needs. The most rewarding part of my profession is guiding people toward improved mental and physical well-being.
However, I faced a challenging moment, almost burnout due to an overwhelming workload, lack of self-esteem, and low motivation. Thankfully, I redirected my path towards better health through meditation and a deeper understanding of my mental health.
Today, my primary goal is to empower others on their transformative journey to a healthier, stronger lifestyle. This entails embracing healthier choices, conquering mental obstacles, and fostering self-compassion.
